Rates

A Home appointment is for the home user who's issue falls on a machine that is used for noncommercial means. Response time is usually the same day, but in some cases it may be necessary to schedule for the following day.

Scheduled: $70 for the first hour, $45 an hour after that. 1 hour minimum.

A Business appointment is for a Business or a computer that is used for Business. Business Customers generally get priority when their issue is deemed critical (ie, loosing money, unable to operate business without the use of computer, etc) The response time will be the same day, usually within a 3 hour window.

Priority: $90 for the first hour, $65 an hour after that. 1 hour minimum.

We also offer Service and Network Monitoring Agreements at reduced rates to cover your specific needs. Call or email us to discuss these options further.

** There are situations that warrant a change to these prices, or a flat rate would better suite the customer and/or job. We offer Service Agreements for Users and Businesses looking to control their IT Budget.
